MVSWM.ORD 3/17/92 <br /> 25. 05. COMPUTATION OF REQUIRED SWM CHARGE. <br /> a) The minimum SWM charge shall be twenty-five dollars <br /> (25. 00) . <br /> b) No provision herein shall be construed to prohibit the <br /> payment of more than one SWM charge for a specific parcel <br /> of land. <br /> c) The SWM charge shall be zero whenever a building permit <br /> is issued for the addition, alteration, or improvement to <br /> an existing single family residential structure or a lot <br /> which has an existing single family residential structure <br /> in an R-1 zoned district. <br /> d) The SWM charge shall be as follows: <br /> PROPERTY ZONED SWM CHARGE <br /> R-1 $177 $202 per lot <br /> R-2 $867 $989 per acre <br /> R-3 $1,253 $1, 429 per acre <br /> R-4, R-5, R-0, B-1 $1, 723 $1,966 per acre <br /> B-2, B-3, B-4 and I-1 <br /> Subdivision 2. The SWM charge shall be adjusted annually on <br /> July 1st according to the change in the Engineering News Record <br /> Construction Cost Index for the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. <br /> 25. 06. USE OF FUND. <br /> Any SWM Charge payments deposited in the Fund shall be used <br /> only for expenses incurred in the design, construction, <br /> preservation, or improvement of City storm water management <br /> systems. These expenses shall include, but shall not be limited <br /> to, acquisition of land, wetlands, and easements, construction of <br /> water quality control improvements, preservation of wetlands, and <br /> debt retirement in connection with storm water management system <br /> improvements. <br /> 25. 07. TRANSFER OF FUNDS. <br /> Any SWM Charge payments deposited in the Fund shall not be <br /> transferred out of the Fund except for the purposes enumerated in <br /> Chapter 25. 06 above. <br /> 25 - 2 <br />
