9-1-2 9-1-2 <br /> PORCH . A roofed entrance to a building, projection from a <br /> r wall or walls of the main structure and commonly <br /> open to the weather. <br /> SIGNS (OUTDOOR A sign of any type or material, installed any place for <br /> ADVERTISING) outdoor advertising purposes. <br /> STORY That portion of a building included between the <br /> surface of any floor and the surface of the floor next <br /> above it, or if there be no floor above it, then the <br /> space between such floor and the ceiling next above. <br /> STRUCTURAL ALTER- Any change which would prolong the life of the <br /> ATIONS supporting members of a building or structure, such <br /> as bearing walls, columns, beams or girders. <br /> STRUCTURE - Anything constructed or erected, either on the <br /> ground or on something having location on the <br /> ground. <br /> TERRACE, OPEN A level and rather narrow plain or platform which for <br /> purposes of this Chapter is located adjacent to one <br /> or more faces of the main structure and which is <br /> constructed not more than four feet (4') in height <br /> above the level of the adjoining ground. <br /> TOURIST HOME A dwelling in which overnight accommodations are <br /> provided or offered for transient guests. <br /> TRAILER CAMPER A vehicle without motive power less than twenty-six <br /> feet (26') in overall length and only occasionally <br /> used for human habitation and only so used when <br /> away from the owner's premises. <br /> TRAILER PARK, Any premises occupied or designed to accommodate <br /> AUTOMOBILE more than one automobile house trailer. <br /> TRANSPORTABLE DWELL- These structures are built at a location other than a <br /> ING-S-T-RU-CTURE_OTHER permanent-home-sate-and-are-known-by a variety-af <br /> THAN MOBILE HOMES names such as: modular homes, factory built <br /> dwellings, prefabricated houses, relocatables, factory <br /> crafted homes, and similar names. These structures <br /> are built at one site for the specific purpose of being <br /> moved to a permanent home-site. This type of <br /> dwelling normally remains at one permanent home- <br /> site, unless moved by special moving equipment to <br /> another permanent home-site. This type of dwelling <br /> must be built to meet the requirements of the City <br /> Building-Code, and aregular fooling and foundation <br /> must be prepared before the structure can be moved <br /> into the City. These structures may consist of one or <br /> 1. See Title 5 of this City Code. <br />
