Reports of Mayor and Council 1 <br /> 2 <br />Council Member Stigney said he would like to discuss the outdoor license fee structure at a work 3 <br />session. 4 <br /> 5 <br />Council Member Mueller noted that the Festival in the Park Committee would be meeting at 6 <br />McDonalds at 7:00 p.m. on May 15, 2007 and invited anyone interested to attend. The design a 7 <br />t-shirt contest had several entries and a winner will be selected. She then said that they are 8 <br />planning a car show for the Sunday of the Festival. 9 <br /> 10 <br />Council Member Mueller said that the appreciation luncheon for Staff was held last week and 11 <br />she feels that the Staff does a really good job for the community. 12 <br /> 13 <br />Mayor Marty said that Jim Clark had a meeting with his motorcycle club and they are interested 14 <br />in participating in the parade. 15 <br /> 16 <br /> B. Reports of Staff 17 <br /> 18 <br />Finance Director Beer noted that Ricochet will be coming to test equipment. He then said that 19 <br />there is a part time IT person in the public works department and, with the impending street 20 <br />improvement projects, his time will be focused on public works and Council Member Mueller 21 <br />had asked whether Roseville could give the City more time and they are able to provide a full 22 <br />time person on Monday and Thursday. 23 <br /> 24 <br />Community Development Director Ericson reminded everyone of Spring Clean Up Day on 25 <br />Saturday, May 19, 2007. 26 <br /> 27 <br />C.
