Reports of Mayor and Council 1 2 Council Member Stigney said he would like to discuss the outdoor license fee structure at a work 3 session. 4 5 Council Member Mueller noted that the Festival in the Park Committee would be meeting at 6 McDonalds at 7:00 p.m. on May 15, 2007 and invited anyone interested to attend. The design a 7 t-shirt contest had several entries and a winner will be selected. She then said that they are 8 planning a car show for the Sunday of the Festival. 9 10 Council Member Mueller said that the appreciation luncheon for Staff was held last week and 11 she feels that the Staff does a really good job for the community. 12 13 Mayor Marty said that Jim Clark had a meeting with his motorcycle club and they are interested 14 in participating in the parade. 15 16 B. Reports of Staff 17 18 Finance Director Beer noted that Ricochet will be coming to test equipment. He then said that 19 there is a part time IT person in the public works department and, with the impending street 20 improvement projects, his time will be focused on public works and Council Member Mueller 21 had asked whether Roseville could give the City more time and they are able to provide a full 22 time person on Monday and Thursday. 23 24 Community Development Director Ericson reminded everyone of Spring Clean Up Day on 25 Saturday, May 19, 2007. 26 27 C.
