PUBLIC INPUT 29 <br /> 30 <br />Michael Hebert of 4216 Kingsway Lane provided information on the issues going on with his 31 <br />trailer. He then said that the City helped him with this but the City has charged him with this. 32 <br />He further asked Council to explain the letter he received on a correction notice from the City. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Mayor Marty said that it would seem that the owners of the lot would be responsible for this. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Community Development Director Ericson said that it is customary maintenance to level the 37 <br />homes on a periodic basis whenever it is needed and, it was pointed out, that ordinarily Mr. 38 <br />Hebert would need to do that but, the owners of the home park should share in the responsibility 39 <br />since this has gotten to this point. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Mr. Hebert said that the park owners leveled the lot next to him and Staff told him to stop 42 <br />leveling his until the issue is corrected. 43 <br /> 44
