RESOLUTION NO. 4216 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> A RESOLUTION SETTING STREET LIGHT UTILITY RATES <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with ordinance 497, the Mounds View City <br /> Council created a street light utility for the City to operate, <br /> maintain and improve upon the lighting of City streets; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Utility Billing Clerk shall quarterly prepare a bill <br /> based on the rates for each property class and bill such fees with <br /> the water and sewer billing for each lot and parcel; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is necessary for <br /> the City to set these rates by resolution. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mounds View City Council that <br /> the rates, effective January 1, 1992 are: <br /> • RESIDENTIAL (includes single family homes, duplexes, fourplexes, <br /> condominiums and townhouses) $1.21/unit <br /> • APARTMENTS $4.82/acre <br /> • COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL $5.48/acre <br /> • INSTITUTIONAL/CHARITABLE $5.48/acre <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a review of the street light utility <br /> rates to determine their adequacy will be conducted annually. <br /> Adopted this 27th day of April, 1992 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> MAYOR <br /> (SEAL) <br /> CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />
