<br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 7092 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Resolution Approving an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />Vino & Stogies <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Vino & Stogies’ Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2007; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Vino & Stogies’ Intoxicating Liquor <br />License pending full payment of their utility bill, and satisfactory fire inspection. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Vino & Stogies for the period <br />of July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008 pending full payment of their utility bill and a <br />satisfactory fire inspection report from the Mounds View Fire Marshal. <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 11th day of June, 2007. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(seal)
