<br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 7103 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Resolution Approving an Off-Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor License for <br />SuperAmerica located at 2640 County Road I <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, SuperAmerica’s 3.2 Malt Liquor License expires on June 30, 2007; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, SuperAmerica has submitted applications materials and paid all <br />applicable fees; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of SuperAmerica’s Off-Sale 3.2 Malt <br />Liquor License. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby approve an Off-Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor License for SuperAmerica for the time <br />period of July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 25th day of June, 2007. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
