<br /> <br />RESOLUTION 7098 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Resolution Approving an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />Moe’s <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Moe’s Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2007; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all necessary inspections for the establishment have been <br />conducted and the establishment with the exception of a fire inspection; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Moe’s Intoxicating Liquor License <br />pending a satisfactory fire inspection report from the Mounds View Fire Marshal. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for the period of July 1, 2007 to <br />June 30, 2008 pending a satisfactory fire inspection from the Mounds View Fire <br />Marshal. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 11th day of June, 2007. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(seal)
