Mayor Linke opened thepublic hearing to consider the <br /> conditional use permit for 3009 County Road H, Steve Borden, <br /> accessory building at 7:26 p.m. <br /> Ric Minetor, Director of Public Works/City Engineer reviewed <br /> Staff Report No. 92-263C regarding the conditional use permit <br /> for Steve Borden, 3009 County Road H. Minetor stated that staff <br /> had reviewed the application and site plans for the construction <br /> of an accessory building within the flood plain zone. This • <br /> construction will have no significant impact to the flood plain. <br /> City staff had reviewed the submittal and found it to be in conformance <br /> with the guidelines established for development in Chapter 49 of the <br /> Mounds View Municipal Code. <br /> Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 7:28 p.m. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Blanchard to approve the conditional use permit <br /> for 3009 County Road H, Steve Borden Accessory Building <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> CONSENT AGENDA <br /> Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, read the proposed Consent Agenda. <br /> Mayor Linke asked if any member of the Council desired to remove any item <br /> from the proposed Consent Agenda.
