The applicant has submitted a <br /> site plan, elevations of the property, soil condition report and <br /> photographs of the property in support of his request. City staff has <br /> reviewed the submittal and found it to be in conformance with the <br /> guidelines established for development in Chapter 49. The Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission has also reviewed the request and has recommended <br /> approval of the proposal in resolution no. 335-92 (copy included) . <br /> I have attached City Council Resolution No. 4211 for your review and <br /> consideration.
