This CUP was also <br />unanimously supported by the Planning Commission, and there was no opposition from any <br />neighbors. One condition of this approval was that the applicant must construct the garage <br />within one year from the date of Council approval, unless an extension was granted by the <br />City Council. The applicants, Brian and Laura Krystofiak, have submitted a written request <br />for a two year extension due to unforeseen circumstances, including financial considerations. <br />The Krystofiaks still plan to build a new garage, but would like the longer two year extension <br />just in case they need to hold off until 2009. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Approve Resolution 7118 for a two year extension to the Conditional Use Permit for the <br />construction of a new oversize garage at 2932 Woodale Drive. <br /> <br /> ______________________ <br />Heidi Heller <br />Planning Associate <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Attachment <br />Letter from Brian Krystofiak <br />
