He then suggested adding a sentence stating that if the petition does not have the 5 <br />required number of signatures then they will not be given additional time. 6 <br /> 7 <br />Mr. Thomas indicated that it would be difficult to legislate for that type of situation. 8 <br /> 9 <br />Council Member Stigney said that in the Flow Chart, in the third box it asks within 180 days to 10 <br />deliver all the required information to the clerk administrator that references Section 5.06 and he 11 <br />sees no correlation to the 180 days. 12 <br /> 13 <br />Mr. Thomas indicated that was a change that was made and that needs to be added to Section 14 <br />5.06. 15 <br /> 16 <br />Council Member Stigney said that Section 5.05 should be clarified on petitions and measures. 17 <br />He then said that the intent in the flow charts help clarify but he still has the concern about 18 <br />adding language to clarify an option that the petition does not proceed through the process if it 19 <br />does not have the right number of signatures. 20 <br /> 21 <br />Mayor Marty opened the public hearing. 22 <br /> 23 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. Public Hearing to Consider Resolution 7103, for an Off Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor 35 <br />License Renewal for SuperAmerica Located at 2640 County Road I in 36 <br />Mounds View 37 <br /> 38 <br />Assistant to the Administrator Crane explained that SuperAmerica had contemplated not 39 <br />renewing its 3.2 Malt Liquor License but, has decided to renew. All required application 40 <br />materials have been submitted and all required reviews done.
