<br />It should also be pointed out that the City has a full time position whose sole <br />responsibility is to enforce City Code. This City Code enforcement capability was <br />enhanced this year with the addition of a part-time seasonal. Perhaps a more <br />efficient approach to enforcement of this policy would be to have Public Works <br />report violations to the code enforcement division of Community Development for <br />appropriate action.
