This item should have been discussed at a Council <br /> Work Session. <br /> Councilmember Quick asked Mayor Linke what information was <br /> missing. <br /> Mayor Linke felt that he needed to see what the interest was <br /> from NSP and what are the funds in the contingency account. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Wuori to replace light fixtures in City <br /> Hall and finance through Northern States Power for an interest <br /> cost not to exceed $500 for the duration of the financing. <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried. <br /> b) Ulrich stated the Department has found another way to <br /> use its emergency generator more efficiently in the running <br /> of two wells. <br /> c) Ulrich reported that the Public Works Department had mailed <br /> out 100 notices to select areas of the City regarding the <br /> testing of the water for lead and copper.
