Monday, August 13, 2007 City Council Agenda 22 <br /> 23 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Approve the Monday, August 13, 2007 City Council 24 <br />Agenda as Amended. 25 <br /> 26 <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 27 <br /> 28 <br />Mayor Marty was not present for the vote. 29 <br /> 30 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT 31 <br /> 32 <br />Dick Palmetier of 7639 Edgewood Drive addressed Council and said that he spoke with Mr. 33 <br />Ericson regarding his concerns about the addresses of the Community Center, City Hall, 34 <br />ballfields and ballfield watering. Mr. Palmetier indicated that between 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. it 35 <br />was witnessed by him that the ballfield was being watered but it is on the west side of the road 36 <br />and the question raised is why City Hall and the City of Mounds View would violate its own 37 <br />watering regulations. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Mr. Palmetier commented that the Community Center and Ballfields have the greenest lawns on 40 <br />the street and he thinks that the City should be setting a good example by not watering on the 41 <br />wrong days. 42 <br /> 43 <br />Council Member Stigney indicated that the Resolution implementing the Tier II restrictions is 44 <br />being discussed tonight. 45
