<br />RESOLUTION NO. 7157 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR KURT ULRICH <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Kurt Ulrich has resigned from the Mounds View Administration Department <br />effective September 13, 2007; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused vacation time is 197.62 hours as of <br />payroll period ending September 21, 2007; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused sick leave time is 288.96 hours as of <br />payroll period ending September 21, 2007; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kurt Ulrich’s current rate of pay of $48.56 per hour; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the maximum payout of vacation time will be 197.62 hours x $48.56 = <br />$9,596.43; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the maximum potential payout of sick time will be 288.96 hours x 50% x <br />$48.56 = $7,015.95. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approve a <br />one-time payout of vacation time in an amount not to exceed $9,596.43 and payout of sick time <br />not to exceed $7,015.95. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of September, 2007. <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Jim Ericson, Interim City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal)
