Monday, September 10, 2007 City Council Agenda 22 <br /> 23 <br />Mayor Marty asked whether Item 7A should be postponed now or later in the meeting. 24 <br /> 25 <br />Administrator Ulrich suggested taking public comment at this meeting and postponing action to 26 <br />the next meeting. 27 <br /> 28 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Approve the Monday, September 10, 2007 City Council 29 <br />Agenda as Presented. 30 <br /> 31 <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 32 <br /> 33 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT 34 <br /> 35 <br />Mr. Perrozzi addressed Council regarding the Pac building and provided an update. Mr. Perozzi 36 <br />indicated he has received the utility agreement six times but has yet to receive Exhibits A, B, and 37 <br />C to the document so he cannot sign it. Mr. Perrozzi indicated that Mr. Bock of the Velmeir 38 <br />Company has indicated he is not pleased with having to move the utilities. Mr. Perrozzi 39 <br />indicated that he has informed Mr. Bock that there are utilities on his property without a proper 40 <br />agreement and he is tired of this situation and is seriously considering litigation. 41 <br /> 42 <br />Dan Mueller of 8343 Groveland Road addressed Council and said that he is disappointed 43 <br />regarding the discussion concerning Festival in the Park at the last meeting. Mr. Mueller said 44 <br />that the volunteers involved with the Festival in the Park worked very hard, and Council was 45
