Resolution 7144, Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce Revised Lease 1 Agreement 2 3 City Administrator Ulrich reviewed the proposed lease amendments for Council noting that the 4 Chamber no longer has charitable gambling, and has asked that their lease amount be reduced. 5 6 MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 7144, Twin 7 Cities North Chamber of Commerce Revised Lease Agreement. 8 9 Council Member Stigney indicated that the City needs to look at getting financial income from 10 the space rather than just turning it over to the YMCA as part of the Community Center. 11 12 Council Member Mueller indicated that this may help out with renting space to someone who 13 needs a larger space, making one that was not available previously available now. 14 15 Council Member Stigney expressed concern with the potential for open costs in the agreement 16 under what the Landlord will provide. 17 18 Council Member Stigney indicated he would like to have them pay for at least half of the costs to 19 make improvements. 20 21 MOTION/SECOND: Stigney/Mueller .
