RESOLUTION 7183 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A COST OF LIVING ADJUSTMENT AND <br />INSURANCE CONTRIBUTION FOR THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW NON- <br />UNION EMPLOYEES <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Compensation Schedule must be annually <br />approved by Council Resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has traditionally awarded the same cost of <br />living increase and health insurance contribution to all employee groups in order <br />to maintain internal equity. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Mounds View, that <br />the City Council does hereby approve a 3% cost of living adjustment effective <br />January 1, 2008, and a monthly insurance contribution of $782.20 for all non- <br />union employees, effective January 1, 2008. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of November, 2007. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Jim Ericson, Interim City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
