Resolution 7158, A Resolution Establishing the Process for Determining the 35 <br /> Sufficiency of Petitions Pursuant to City Charter 36 <br /> 37 <br />Interim Administrator Ericson reviewed the Resolution outlining the process for determining the 38 <br />sufficiency of petitions pursuant to the Charter. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Interim Administrator Ericson read the criteria indicating those criteria are that the number of 41 <br />signatures must match, the signatures must be original and not photocopied, required information 42 <br />required by sponsoring members must be listed, and at least 80% must be legitimate on their face 43 <br />or upon validation. 44 <br /> 45
