To Approve Consent Agenda Items A, and C as 8 <br />Presented. 9 <br /> 10 <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 11 <br /> 12 <br /> B. Resolution 7170 Approving Reapportionment of Assessments for 13 <br /> Scotland Green Apartments 14 <br /> 15 <br />Council Member Flaherty asked for an explanation of this request. 16 <br /> 17 <br />Finance Director Beer explained that this is an administrative request from the County since 18 <br />there has been a request to consolidate the assessments into one single assessment. 19 <br /> 20 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Mueller. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 7170, 21 <br />Approving Reapportionment of Assessments for Scotland Green Apartments. 22 <br /> 23 <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 24 <br /> 25 <br />9. JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS 26 <br /> 27 <br />Council Member Flaherty asked if the new squad equipment was budgeted for. Staff explained 28 <br />that it was. 29 <br /> 30 <br />Council Member Flaherty, on Page 10 for the pencils. Staff explained that these pencils were 31 <br />purchased with the DARE funds and these are pencils that are handed out to the students. 32 <br /> 33 <br />Acting Mayor Stigney, on Page 7 lawn care and he would like to know if this is the last lawn 34 <br />mowing at 8310 Eastwood Road. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Interim Administrator Ericson indicated that this does not include the mowing done at 8310 37 <br />Eastwood Road. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Acting Mayor Stigney said that he would like to review the work done by this contractor to 40 <br />ensure that the job is being done properly; otherwise, the City should locate another contractor. 41 <br /> 42 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Approve Just and Correct Claims as Presented. 43 <br /> 44 <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 45
