<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7196 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />REAPPOINTING MEMBER TO VARIOUS MOUNDS VIEW <br />COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mounds View Board, Commission and Committees consist of members <br />appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the majority of the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there will be vacant seats effective December 31, 2007, in the Park and <br />Recreation and Forestry Commission, and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received applications from members of these Board, <br />Commission and Committees who occupied these seats prior to their term expiration; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it has been the City’s past practice to re-appoint members who have <br />indicated a desire to continue serving on these Boards, Commissions and Committees, and <br />have submitted an application indicating such. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Mounds View, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and the City Council do hereby approve the following Mounds View <br />residents to serve on the Park and Recreation and Forestry Commission: <br /> <br />Name Term Expiration (3-Year Term) <br /> Jerry Kunz December 31, 2010 <br /> Cindy Palm December 31, 2010 <br /> <br /> <br />2.
