These <br />include: <br />o The Capital Improvement Program <br />o The Vehicle & Equipment Replacement Plan <br />o The General Fund Multi-year Operating Budget <br />o The Impact on Capital Projects Funds’ Cash Balance <br />o The Utility rate Studies <br /> <br />The Capital Improvement Program, also referred to as the CIP, is a planning <br />document that is utilized to forecast expenditures on capital items over the next <br />several years. <br /> <br /> <br /> Discussion: <br />Attached is the current draft Capital Improvement Program. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff is looking for direction on these matters.
