ROLL CALL: <br /> Mayor Marty, Council Members Stigney, Flaherty, Gunn, Thomas. <br /> <br />3. DISCUSSION <br />The Mounds View City Council held a closed executive session at the <br />New Brighton City Hall, located at, 803 Old Hwy 8 NW, New Brighton <br />Minnesota. The purpose of the meeting is to consider allegations or <br />charges against an individual subject to City Council authority. <br /> <br />The City Council reviewed and discussed the matter in question with <br />the City Attorneys. It was concluded that no action would be taken in <br />regard to the individual subject to Council authority.
