Monday, October 10, 2005 City Council Agenda 22 <br /> 23 <br />City Administrator Ulrich added item 8.E. Consideration of Resolution 6651, Authorizing the 24 <br />Layoff of Regular Full-time Golf Course Employees and Providing Severance. 25 <br /> 26 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Flaherty. To Approve the Monday, October 10, 2005 agenda as 27 <br />presented. 28 <br /> 29 <br /> Ayes –5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 30 <br /> 31 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT 32 <br /> 33 <br />Don Jenkins, 7057 Pleasant View Drive, stated he was concerned about grading of property to 34 <br />the north of him. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Gary Rudy, Creative Real Estate, stated he had informed the Council previously that if there was 37 <br />a problem with the grading, he would be back before them. He stated they have not cleaned up 38 <br />the area and Mr. Jenkin’s property was now flooded. He stated after being good citizens and 39 <br />living in the area for 40 years he should not have to put up with the destruction to his yard. He 40 <br />requested Council’s assistance in this matter. Community Developer Ericson stated he 41 <br />understood the property owner’s concerns and the erosion and drainage on the site, but he took 42 <br />issue about the comment that staff did not care or did not do anything about it. He stated he had 43 <br />sent to letters to Mr. Hanson and indicated that the silt fence had to be corrected and the site had 44
