Resolution 6735 Approving the Purchase of a Replacement 1-Ton Truck with 21 <br /> Dump Box 22 <br /> 23 <br />Councilmember Stigney asked if the dump box could be removed from the Chevrolet and put on 24 <br />the Ford. Public Works Supervisor Pittman stated the box was rusted out and cannot be reused. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Mayor Marty stated it is amazing to get a truck like this through State bids at this price. 27 <br /> 28 <br />Public Works Supervisor Pittman stated he called the Chevrolet dealer and was informed the 29 <br />resell price of this vehicle is low because it runs on propane. 30 <br /> 31 <br />MOTION/SECOND: GUNN/STIGNEY. To waive the reading and adopt Resolution 6735 32 <br />Approving the Purchase of a Replacement 1-Ton Truck with Dump Box. 33 <br /> 34 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 35 <br /> 36 <br />8G. Resolution 6739 Approving the Preparation of a Preliminary Feasibility 37 <br />Report and Consultant Selection for the Hidden Hollow South Street and 38 <br />Utility Installation Project 39 <br /> 40 <br />Mayor Marty stated he noted this item has not come to the Council and asked why the City 41 <br />would pay for this feasibility study. Community Development Director Ericson stated the City 42 <br />Council would not be paying for it, as the developer will be providing the funds to cover the 43 <br />expenses. 44 <br /> 45
