RESOLUTION 6749 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF DEVELOPMENT REVIEW FOR A <br />16,150 SQUARE FOOT ADDITION TO THE C.G. HILL BUILDING; <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE DE2006-001 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Tim Hill, owner of C.G. Hill & Sons currently located at 5150 Quincy <br />Street, plans to construct a 16,150 square foot single story addition to the current building; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the lot in question is zoned PUD which includes “Industrial” as those <br />uses allowable on the subject parcel; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject parcel is legally described as Mounds View Business Park <br />East Addition That Part of Lot 1 Block 1 In T.i.75 1985; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this expansion is consistent with the original PUD plans, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the applicant’s request for a plan review <br />and has determined that it is in conformance with all codes, regulations and requirements; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission supported the request by adopting <br />Resolution 826-06, which recommends approval of the building expansion plan: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the development review of 5150 Quincy Street, C.G. Hill & Sons, subject to the <br />following condition: <br /> <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall install sod and landscape all disturbed areas and <br />replace trees at a 1:1 ratio no later than 60 days beyond issuance of the <br />Certificate of Occupancy, weather permitting. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 27th day of February, 2006. <br />Resolution 6749 <br />Page 2
