<br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6772 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF EXCESS LONG LAKE ROAD RIGHT OF WAY <br />FROM RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 26, 2005, the City Council approved Resolution 6627 <br />approving the SYSCO SECOND ADDITION Preliminary plat; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the first condition of Resolution 6627 was that the excess and residual <br />County-owned Long Lake Road right of way bisecting the SYSCO property be vacated; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the excess right of way is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the west half of Long Lake Road as dedicated in SYSCO, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />which lies southerly of the easterly extension of the north line of Lot 1, Block 1, said plat of SYSCO, <br />together with the east half of Long Lake Road as dedicated in said plat of SYSCO which lies <br />southerly of the westerly extension of the north line of Lot 1, Block 2, said plat of SYSCO. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County approved Resolution 2005-437 which authorized the <br />release of this excess right of way to the City of Mounds View. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Mounds View hereby <br />accepts the excess Long Lake Road right of way released by Ramsey County. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Mounds View <br />will endeavor to release and vacate its newly-acquired interest in this right of way <br />consistent with the SYSCO SECOND ADDITION plat. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of March, 2006. <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />____________________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal)
