Samantha Orduno, City <br /> Administrator, asked that Item 5 be removed from the Consent Agenda. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Rickaby/Wuori to approve the Consent <br /> Agenda minus Item 5. <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, explained that she had removed this <br /> item due to some additions to the restaurant list and to the garbage haulers <br /> list. Orduno stated that all restaurants had passed fire and health <br /> inspections. Orduno added Taco Bell and Burger King to the list of • <br /> restaurants for approval. <br />
