Ramsey County Health Department had been asked to <br /> inspect each of the on-sale intoxicating liquor <br /> establishments. All establishments passed the <br /> health inspections per memo from Spencer Pierce, <br /> Health Inspector for Ramsey County. <br /> 2 . The Fire Department was consulted regarding the <br /> inspection of all establishments. Inspections <br /> were completed and letters sent on June 2, 1992 . Per <br /> memorandum from Bob Fisk, Fire Inspector, dated June 17th he <br /> will be conducting follow-up inspections of these <br /> business within thirty (30) days from the date the <br /> orders were issued. (Mr. Fisk was not able to inspect <br /> the Mermaid but will attempt to do that inspection the <br /> week of June 22nd. ) <br /> 3 014ce Chief her inf-or ed_me that Cher wer__no <br /> activities or incidents that he feels should jeopardize <br /> the issuance of these licenses. <br /> 4. Per Ramsey County property taxation department, all <br /> establishments are current. <br /> 5. Per report from the Utility Department, there are no <br /> outstanding utility bills with regards to these <br /> establishments. <br /> Michela Severson, Administration Secretary <br /> I <br /> RECOMMENDATION; <br /> Staff recommends approval of all intoxicating off and on-sale and wine license renewals <br /> contingent upon receipt of all paperwork and completion of follow-up fire inspections. <br />
