Mounds View City Council Page Two <br /> Special Council Meeting November 18, 1991• <br /> Councilmember Wuori asked if the money could be used for Clean-Up Day. <br /> City-Administrator Orduno stated a portion of the requested grant money <br /> could be used to coordinate a clean-up activity with the haulers, but not <br /> fund other staff time or costs for a Clean-Up Day as we've had in the past. <br /> Councilmember Quick inquired if the funds could be used in the schools to <br /> educate students on recycling.
