The purpose of the code requiring <br /> installing gates on the enclosures is to avoid the public view of <br /> SOUTHVIEW SHOPPING CENTER the dumpsters with in a contained area. We have accomplished <br /> Southview Blvd.&12th Street p p <br /> South St.Paul,Minnesota the screening with the construction of the enclosures and the <br /> placement of the openings in a concealed area not visible and not <br /> accessible to the general public. <br />
