The budget will be <br /> considered approved by your city unless we hear from you <br /> prior to November 15, 1991. The Commission will take final <br /> action to adopt the 1992 Budget no later than its December <br /> meeting. <br /> I have included extensive notes in the budget document, but <br /> feel free to call me if you have questions. Expenses are <br /> projected to exceed revenues in 1992 in order to continue <br /> upgrading our equipment and operations, primarily in <br /> computers and software. The excess amount will be taken <br /> out of the Commission' s reserves, however, rather than <br /> increasing the cities ' contributions this year.
