In June of this year, Mr. Harrington was given a <br /> retroactive (to March 17th) 6 month step increase based on satisfactory <br /> performance. In order to remain consistent with the 5 Step Pay Plan, it is <br /> necessary for Council to consider a step increase for this position. <br /> Mr. Harrington is currently at Step 2 : $12 .45/hr. His performance has been <br /> satisfactory and staff is recommending a wage adjustment to Step 3 (one <br /> year step) to $13 . 18/hr.
