The goal would be to provide recommendations for improved <br /> service deliveries to the residents of Mounds View. <br /> Councilmember Rickaby has indicated an interest in serving as the Council <br /> liaison to the EQTF. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> • •. • . .. <br /> . <br /> Fund Transfer to Pay Expenses of the 1991 Spring Clean-Up Day; and <br /> 2. Direct the Environmental Quality Task Force to re-examine the City's <br /> recycling program and develop service alternatives to the Annual Clean- <br /> Up Day, reporting back to the Council by October, 1991. <br />
