RESOLUTION NO. 4102 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT REQUEST BY <br /> ACCESSIBUILDING CORPORATION, LOT 1, BLOCK 1, <br /> DAILEY KNOLLS, PLANNING CASE NO. 326-91 <br /> WHEREAS, the Accessibuilding Corporation has requested <br /> City approval to construct a duplex on the property legally known <br /> as Lot 1, Block 1, Dailey Knolls; and <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 59 . 07 of the Mounds View Municipal <br /> Code requires that a development review be conducted for this <br /> proposal; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the following <br /> documents regarding this development: <br /> 1) Site Plan <br /> 2) Planning Application; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br /> request and determined that it is in conformance with all <br /> applicable requirements of Chapter 40; and <br /> WHEREAS, a drainage easement is provided on site; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended <br /> approval of the request by adopting Resolution No. 315-91. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br /> the City of Mounds View approves the requested development review <br /> subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1) That access to the property be limited to one ( 1) curb <br /> cut not exceeding 30 feet or two (2) curb cuts not <br /> excaPding__12 fP_e and located-a-mi—imum-of 40 feet <br /> apart. <br /> 2) That a landscape plan, approved by the City Forester, <br /> be provided. <br /> 3) That a final grading plan, approved by the City <br /> Engineer, be provided. <br /> Adopted this 8th day of July, 1991. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> City Administrator <br />
