GOAL: REHABILITATION OF CITY HALL <br /> The City will make a commitment to the rehabilitation of the City Hall facility with the <br /> purpose of creating a safe and attractive working environment for staff, a multi-purpose <br /> facility for the community - one which provides a positive statement for the community. <br /> STRA1'bGY: <br /> Utilizing the 1990 Space Needs Analysis of City Hall, contract for architectural and <br /> financial service providers to develop space design and cost projections for the remodeling <br /> and possible expansion of City Hall. <br /> REVENUE/RESOURCE POLICY PROPOSAL: <br /> . 1991 - Budget Transfers <br /> . 1992 - Increased Budget Appropriations <br /> ACTION PLAN: <br /> 1991 <br /> - Update the facility and equipment study <br /> - Provide funding alternatives to City Council for structure <br /> rehabilitation/remodeling and equipment purchases <br /> - Determine what components of the analysis may require an <br /> outside consultant. <br /> - Develop project timeline and required implementation plan <br /> for Council approval <br /> - Hire required outside consultants for preliminary work as <br /> as approved by the Council <br />
