GOAL: <br /> To develop an on-going marketing program which utilizes community talents and a <br /> redevelopment focus to create and promote an improved image and identification for the <br /> City of Mounds View. <br /> STRATEGY: <br /> Creation of an Economic Development or Housing and Redevelopment Authority and <br /> additional advisory commissions to utilize the talents of community leaders, organizations <br /> and businesses to focus on promotional campaigns to enhance the City's tax base, aesthetic <br /> environment and image in the Metropolitan area. <br /> REVENUE/RESOURCE POLICY PROPOSALS: <br /> 1991 <br /> .
