111 <br /> ARTICLE 6 (- <br /> DETERMINATION OF FIRE DEPARTMENT BUDGET <br /> 6 . 1) The annual Fire Department budget shall consist of <br /> the entire cost of operation of the Fire Department, less <br /> payments from non-city sources, including the costs incurred by <br /> the Fire Department in financing the special fund of the Spring <br /> Lake Park Firemen' s Relief Association, which shall be <br /> determined pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statute <br /> §69 . 774 . <br /> 6. 2) Each year prior to June 30, the Cities ' <br /> Administrative Committee shall meet with the Fire Department to <br /> review capital expenditure needs and to develop a recommendation <br /> to be included within the Fire Department' s annual budget. <br /> IIIThese needs are defined to include any capital expenditures of ea <br /> $5, 000 or greater. <br /> 6. 3) The Cities ' Administrative Committee shall serve as a <br /> budget review committee, which shall assist the Fire Department <br /> during the month of June of each year in the formulation of the <br /> annual budget for the succeeding year. On or before July 15 of_ <br /> each year the Fire Department shall submit to the Administrative <br /> Committee a copy of the annual budget request for the succeeding <br /> year. <br /> '6. 4) The Fire Department agrees to submit to the Cities a <br /> quarterly budget report and a copy of the Fire Department's <br /> S <br /> -7- <br />
