411 <br /> 8 . 3) The Fire Department shall maintain insurance of the <br /> types listed below and such other coverage as it may deem <br /> advisable: <br /> (a) Workers ' Compensation - statutory limits. <br /> (b) Comprehensive Liability <br /> (1) Public liability <br /> $1, 000, 000. 00 each occurrence. <br /> (2) Property damage <br /> $1, 000, 000. 00 each occurrence. <br /> All insurance policies purchased by the Fire Department <br /> shall name the Cities as additional insureds and shall contain a <br /> cancellation clause requiring thirty (30) days written notice to <br /> be mailed to. the Cities prior to such date of cancellation. <br /> The Fire Department shall provide the Cities with a <br /> certificate of insurance indicating that the required type and <br /> amount of insurance are in force. <br /> ARTICLE 9 <br /> DUTY OF CARE <br /> The Fire Department shall not be liable in any way to the <br /> Cities or any inhabitant or property owner thereof, or to any <br /> other person, firm, or corporation for failure of said Fire <br /> Department to attend or put out a fire, except when said neglect <br /> to attend or put out a fire is willful, or except when said Fire <br /> Department is grossly negligent in its operation. <br /> S <br /> -9- <br />
