ORDINANCE NO. 492 ', <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> BY AMENDING CHAPTER 104 ENTITLED, "GARBAGE AND RUBBISH" <br /> The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> SECTION I. Chapter 104, Garbage and Rubbish is hereby amended as follows: <br /> 104.04 Storage of Garbage, Rubbish, Yard Waste and Recyclable Materials: <br /> Subdivision 2. Dumpsters for garbage, rubbish, yard waste, and recyclable <br /> materials used in conjunction with multiple dwellings and commercial establishments for <br /> the convenience of the property owner, renters or leasers, shall be stored within an <br /> enclosure •. -. __. _ _ . . . _ _ _ _ . . ... _ -.. . _ - . . . • . <br /> • <br /> -• - • • • • - . • - • • . - - . The design and location of the <br /> enclosure shall be in conformance with City approved standards. All establishments <br /> with dumpsters shall construct enclosures prior to October 1, 1991, or prior to receiving <br /> a Certificate of Occupancy, whichever is later. <br /> SECTION II.
