RESOLUTION NO. 4091 <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A BUDGET CHANGE FOR PAYMENT OF 1991 <br /> COUNCIL/STAFF GOALSETTING EXPENSES <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council recognizes the <br /> benefits to the City of strategic planning, goalsetting and <br /> teambuilding activities; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council and City Staff participated in a day <br /> and one-half Goalsetting Session on May 10th and 11th to <br /> develop goals and strategies for the City's future, enhance <br /> the cooperative sense of team among Council and staff; and <br /> WHEREAS, the expenses were incurred for consultant fees <br /> and lodging which were not included in the 1991 budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Council to authorize a <br /> budget change and approve payment. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br /> the City of Mounds View does hereby authorize the following <br /> budget changes: <br /> $121.00 from Contingency Fund 100-4120-910 to City Hall <br /> 100-4190-114 <br /> $4,315. 00 from Contingency Fund 100-4120-910 to City <br /> Council 100-4100-303 <br /> Adopted this 10th day of June, 1991. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> City-Administrator <br />
