Z <br /> • RESOLUTION NO. 4085 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1991 LONG TERM FINANCIAL PLAN <br /> AND THE 1992 BUDGET CALENDARS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Charter prescribes the requirements for a <br /> Budget Calendar under Section 7. 04 and; <br /> WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the requirements of Section 7. 04 <br /> and determined the following: <br /> 24 June 1991 - Draft of Public Service Progwam of <br /> LTFP submitted to Council <br /> 01 July 1991 - Revenue Estimates submitted to Council <br /> 10 July 1991 - Department Heads first round budget <br /> hearings with Finance Director <br /> 22 July 1991 - Draft of Capital Improvements Plan of <br /> • LTFP submitted to Council <br /> 24 July 1991 - Department Heads second round budget <br /> hearings with Finance Director and <br /> Clerk-Administrator <br /> 05 August 1991 - First draft of Budget submitted to <br /> Council <br /> 26 August 1991 - Council adopts proposed levy for <br /> certification to County Auditor <br /> 03 September 1991 - Balanced Budget proposal submitted to <br /> -Council <br /> 09 September 1991 - Public Hearing and First Reading of <br /> ordinance to adopt LTFP <br /> 14 October 1991 - Public Hearing and Second Reading of <br /> ordinance to adopt LTFP <br /> On or before <br /> November 10 - County Auditor to mail notices of <br /> proposed property taxes to all <br /> property owners <br /> 411 November - <br /> December 1991 - Publish newspaper advertisement of <br /> public hearing on 1992 Budget <br />
