As is <br /> past practice, returning seasonal employees are given preference <br /> over new hires, provided their work was satisfactory. These 6 all <br /> performed satisfactorily. Their rates of pay reflect a $0.25 per <br /> hour increase over last summer; this is approximately a 4% <br /> increase and is consistent with our past practice for returning <br /> seasonal employees. This is also within budgeted expenses. The <br /> following are the returning employees and the proposed pay rate: <br /> Tim Bauer $6.25/hour <br /> Al Miskowiec 6.75/hour <br /> Dave Mork 6.25/hour <br /> Bruce Prebble 6. 25/hour <br /> Rick Ramacher 6.25/hour <br /> Bill Sjulstad 6.25/hour <br /> Ric Mi fetor <br /> City Engineer/Director of Public Works <br /> • <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Staff recommends hiring the above workers at the rates of pay <br /> listed. <br />
