The southbound and <br /> northbound lanes will be separated by a depressed median. <br /> Construction This project is scheduled to be constructed in 1994. <br /> Year <br /> Cost $11,300,000 <br /> Project This project is currently in pre-design and continued coordination with <br /> Status the cities and business community is ongoing to resolve any issues. <br /> Traffic Current ADT 18,900 - 21,600 <br /> Forecast Year 2010 ADT 39,800 - 51,000 <br /> Accident The fatality rate in 1989 for this section of roadway was <br /> Rate 8.81/1,000,000 vehicle miles compared to the West Metro average of <br /> 2.3/1,000,000 vehicle miles.
