As you can see, there <br /> is much inconsistency in these set backs. <br /> I now have an opportunity to build a very nice home on lot <br /> 16, but this requires a variance from the 58 foot set back <br /> imposed at plat approval . <br /> I do not feel that reducing this set back to 30 feet -will <br /> have a detrimental effect on any adjoining property owners. <br /> The new home buyers are Steve and Linda Peterson , who are <br /> presently residents of Mounds View.
