RESOLUTION NO. 6801 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE L.E.L.S, LOCAL 204 (POLICE OFFICERS) <br />2006 – 2007 LABOR AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ratify the <br />L.E.L.S., Local 204 (Police Officers) Contract for 2006-2007 with the following <br />amendments: <br /> <br /> <br />1. The Duration of the contract shall be two years (January 1, 2006 to <br />December 31, 2007). <br /> <br />2. A general Wage Increase shall be 3% in 2006 and 3% in 2007. <br /> <br /> 3. Insurance <br /> <br />Section 17.4 of the Labor Contract shall state: <br /> <br />The EMPLOYER will contribute a maximum amount of $685.20 per <br />month in 2006 and $732.20 in 2007 to each full-time permanent <br />employee for group health, dental and life insurance dependant coverage. <br /> <br />4. Article 14 – Compensatory Time <br /> <br /> Increase maximum from 50 hours to 52.5 hours in Section 14.7 of the <br />Labor Agreement. <br /> <br />5. Article 20 - Uniforms <br /> <br /> Uniform Allowances as follows: <br /> <br /> 2006: $690.00 <br /> 2007: $710.00 <br /> <br />6. Article 21.4 – Vacation Schedule <br /> <br /> Add 5 weeks vacation for 20 years of service. There will be no <br />accumulation of one day per year after 15 years. <br /> <br />7. Appendix A – Specialty Pay <br /> <br />Increase FTO (Field Training Officer) from $120.00 to $150.00 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
