<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6804 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SYSCO SECOND ADDITION FINAL PLAT; <br />PLANNING CASE NO. MA2005-001 <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, SYSCO Minnesota, represented by president Phil Seipp, has applied <br />for a major subdivision to combine the original two SYSCO lots and divide three acres of <br />land from SYSCO Outlot A and rezoning it to be consistent with the balance of the SYSCO <br />property; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, SYSCO Minnesota is located at 2400 County Road J and is zoned <br />PUD, Planned Unit Development, bearing a future land use designation of Heavy Industrial <br />(HI) according to the City’s Comprehensive Plan; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final plat date-stamped April 14, 2006 identifies three distinct lots to <br />be created—Lot 1 Block 1, Outlot A and Outlot B; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed major subdivision encompasses land within a Wetland <br />Zoning District and because wetlands will be impacted, a Rice Creek Watershed District <br />permit is needed as is a Mounds View Wetland Alteration Permit; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, SYSCO proposes to impact 1.83 acres of designated wetland and has <br />made application to mitigate said impacts with 3.73 acres of on- and off-site replacement <br />and buffer area; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following documents <br />regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />1. Planning Application <br />2. Zoning Map <br />3. Preliminary Plat, date stamped Aug 25, 2005 <br />4. Final Plat, date-stamped April 14, 2006 <br />5. Parcel A Survey and Description <br />6. Wetland Permit Application dated April 11, 2006 <br />7. Rice Creek Watershed District Memo dated May 12, 2006 <br />8. Staff Report <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Mounds View City Council hereby <br />makes the following findings of fact related to the proposed SYSCO Second Addition final <br />plat: <br />
