<br />RESOLUTION 6831 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Resolution Approving an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />Big Top Liquor <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Big Top Liquor’s Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2006; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all necessary investigations/investigations for the establishment <br />have been conducted, with the exception of the Fire Marshal’s inspection; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Big Top Liquor’s Intoxicating Off-Sale <br />Liquor License pending a satisfactory fire inspection. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Big Top Liquor for the period <br />of July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007, pending a satisfactory fire inspection from the Mounds <br />View Fire Marshal. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 12th day of June, 2006. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(seal)
