<br /> <br />RESOLUTION 6835 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Resolution Approving an On-Sale Wine and 3.2 Malt Liquor License for Pro <br />Association, Inc. (dba Taiko Sushi Bar) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Pro Association, Inc., d.b.a Taiko Sushi Bar, On-Sale Wine and 3.2 <br />Liquor License expires on June 30, 2006; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Pro Association, Inc., d.b.a Taiko Sushi Bar, has submitted <br />applications materials with the exception of a Certificate of Liability Insurance for an On- <br />Sale Wine and 3.2 Malt Liquor License to operate a restaurant located at 2394 Highway <br />10 in Mounds View; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Pro Association, Inc., d.b.a Taiko <br />Sushi Bar, On-Sale Wine and On-Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor License pending receipt of their <br />Certificate of Liability Insurance. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby approve an On-Sale W ine and On-Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor License for Pro <br />Association, Inc., d.b.a Taiko Sushi Bar, for the time period of July 1, 2006 to June 30, <br />2007, subject to receiving their Certificate of Liability Insurance. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 12th day of June, 2006. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
